Return and Cancellation Policy

For all standard orders, please contact us at for any return or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate all requests.

COVID-19 Return Policy –  We regret that we must alter our return policy due to Covid 19. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines prohibit exchanges, and recommend restricting returns in order to protect the health of workers at our company. While these guidelines remain in effect, we can only accept returns for defective products.

Defective products may be returned based on our usual return policy below:

All returns must be received within 10 business days from date of purchase. You are required to provide a tracking number for all return orders. To be eligible for return and to ensure full credit, the jewelry must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or that have been engraved, altered, re-sized (by a jeweler other than Duke & Duchess Jewelers or that have been damaged will not be accepted for processing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of processing the return. Please allow a period of 5-10 business days to process your return, may take additional business days to return to your original form of payment.

Once we receive the order, if it is eligible for a return, the customer’s refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit return process of an order, the processing time will be determined by the customer’s bank, which may require additional days to process the refund.
